DAY 1 – Sunday, February 28 – Depart the USA and fly to Israel
DAY 2 – Monday, March 1 – BRUCHIM HABA’IM - WELCOME to ISRAEL
• Arrival safely at Ben Gurion airport and after claiming luggage transfer on own to your hotel in Tel Aviv. (we will be glad to assist once we have your flights information)
• Check into your hotel Dan Panorama Tel Aviv to freshen up.
• 06:30PM – Meet at the lobby. Enjoy a festive welcome dinner.
• 8PM – Welcome meeting and briefing on the program.
• Overnight – Dan Panorama hotel, Tel Aviv
DAY 3 – Tuesday, March 2 – DEFENDING a NATION: History, Strategy & Community Resilience
• Optional: Early morning walk around the Tayelet, the beachside promenade
• Breakfast at the hotel
• 08:30AM - Explore the Palmach Museum that relates the story of the young boys and girls who made up the militia that fought in Israel's War of Independence.
• Walk the Independence Trail to learn about the creation of Israel and the many challenges she faced
• 4:30-6PM – Global Terror - High level briefing on Israel's Security on the National level and on the community level
• Dinner & Overnight – Dan Panorama Tel Aviv
DAY 4 – Wednesday, March 3 – FROM TRAGEDY to RESILIENCE – THE GAZA ENVELOPE
• After breakfast at the hotel drive south to Gaza Envelope.
• Visit at least 2 Kibbutz and learn about the first response units at the civilian settlements. Visit one kibbutz that made better success/more luck and one that went through difficulties
• Drive to Re'im Forest and visit the Nova Festival Memorial
• Early dinner with soldiers and then discussion of how to prepare your home & community to Terror attaches
• Drive back to Tel Aviv
DAY 5 – Thursday, March 4 – CONFRONTING ANTISEMITIC THREATS: HOME&COMMUNITY-BASED RESPONSES
• Breakfast at the hotel
• Identifying the challenge: Jewish communities around the world are facing increasingly complex and escalating threats from diverse anti-Semitic actors, both at the micro and macro levels. In this session, participants will learn how to recognize and analyze these threats, and will explore practical response strategies at both the individual and community levels.
• Krav Maga – this session introduces participants to the fundamentals of Krav Maga, a practical and effective self-defense system developed in Israel. The lesson focuses on building awareness, confidence, and the ability to respond quickly to real-life threats. Participants will learn core principles such as situational awareness, threat assessment, and instinctive reaction under pressure. The training will include basic techniques for self-defense against common attacks, including grabs, strikes, and close-contact situation.

DAY 6 – Friday, March 5 – HANDS-ON DEFENCE: FROM KRAV MAGA to the SHOOTING RANGE
• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
• Drive south to the shooting Range
• A full-day program combining hand-on Krav Maga training with a guided shooting range experience, offering participants a comprehensive introduction to practical self-defense. We will continue to learn and practice core techniques rooted in Israeli training methods: Aggressiveness & hand to hand combat, control & restrain techniques, searching a suspect, takedowns, edged weapon defense, blunt weapons defense.
In the second part of the day, participants will take part in a supervised shooting range session. We will practice Israeli point-and- shoot method, instinctive and selective shooting, shooting from cover, Weapons Malfunctions and Jam; Transition from primary to secondary weapon; Tactical Magazine changes in combat; Multiple shooting positions
• Drive to Jerusalem and check-into the hotel.

DAY 7 – Shabbat, March 6 – DAY at LEISURE
DAY 8 – Sunday, March 7 – JERUSALEM in FOCUS: MEMORY, HISTORY and MEDIA INSIGHT
• Breakfast at the hotel
• Visit Yad Vashem, Israel's main Holocaust Remembrance and Education Center.
• Explore the City of David, where we'll walk through Hezekiah's Tunnel and the newly discovered tunnel, from the pool all the way to the Southern Wall Excavations and Southern Steps.
• Tour the magnificent sites of the Old City
• Visit MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute) to get an inside look at how media across the Middle East is monitored, translated and analyzed. Participants will receive a briefing on key trends in regional media, including political discourse, social developments, and narratives related to extremism and antisemitism. We will learn how open-source intelligence is used to better understand shifts in public opinion and emerging threats.
DAY 9 – Monday, March 8 – ISRAEL'S NORTHERN FRONT: FROM COMMUNITY DEFENCE to REGIONAL THREATS
• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
• Drive north to the Golan Heights to meet with a local community rapid response team. We will explore the role, structure and operational procedures of these civilian defense unit.
• Embark on a jeep and drive along the northern border with an intelligence officer, gaining insight into Israel's key strategic threats from Syria, Lebanon and Iran, as well as the evolving security landscape.
• Check into the hotel and enjoy dinner
• Evening lecture: Historic Battles of the Region – explore some of the major historical battels that took place in this area.
Dinner & Overnight: Pastoral hotel, Kibbutz Kfar Blum
DAY 10 – Tuesday, March 9 – EYES ON SECURITY: FROM FIGHTERS' INSIGHTS to COMMUNITY DEFENCE
• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
• Visit a base of an elite unit and learn about its operational role in both defensive and offensive missions, including real-world applications and challenges.
• Classes and training on "how to defend a civilian neighborhood" including a class on how to collect intelligence in an urban area that is supposedly protected by local Police
• Farewell Dinner and transfer to the airport

• $400 non-refundable deposit per person is due upon registration

Cancellation Policy Ground:
• Between 89-45 days: $1,500 is non-refundable
• Cancellation 44 -7 days before arrival $2,000 is nonrefundable.
• Cancellation within less than 7 days 100% is nonrefundable.
Cancellation of flights:
• $ 650 of the flight price is nonrefundable according to airline contract in case of group cancelling ONE TIME FEE FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP IN CASE OF GROUP CANCELATION
• $300 per person are non-refundable after submitting names to the airline. 60 days prior to flight.
• From the time of ticketing 55 days prior to flight 100% in nonrefundable.
• $ 300 for name changes in case of miss spelling or total change of name.
• Last day to reduce numbers on the flight is 100 days prior to the flight (Under this day penalty is $300 per name)

Nitzan Travel Services LTD. or their agents, act only as agents for the passengers in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by air, cruise, motor coach, motor vehicle, and any other means of conveyance, and shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity or incident resulting from strikes, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather, government regulation, or any other cause beyond their control; nor shall they be responsible for any damage or loss of luggage for any reason during the course of the trip, or act or omission of any individual or organization providing the transportation, services, or accommodations in connection with these arrangements, nor for any delay or expense incurred due to disruption or revision of schedules, nor for any cause beyond its own control.
The right is reserved to the above to withdraw a tour, or decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time should such person’s health or general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of the other tour passengers, or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in their sole time at their discretion to cancel any tour or the remainder thereof or make any alternation in route, accommodation, price, or other details, and in the event of any tour being rendered impossible, illegal, or inadvisable by weather, avalanches, strike, war, governmental interference, or any other cause whatsoever, the extra expenses incurred as a result, thereof shall be your sole responsibility. All prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect on the day of registration and are subject to change in the event of an adjustment therein.
POSSIBLE CHANGES:
Nitzan Israel Travel Services LTD. thereafter known as the Tour Operators, reserve the right to cancel any tour before departure in which even the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation to the tour members. Infrequently, unexpected and unforeseen local conditions beyond control can prevent the completion of an itinerary or necessitate alterations in the itinerary. Such local conditions include inclement seasonal variations in climate, changing in airline schedules and equipment, government appropriation of hotel space, labor strikes, civil disturbances or political unrest, etc., events that are beyond the Tour Operator control, and will jeopardize the travelers' comfort, safety, health and enjoyment. In these events the Tour Operator reserves the right to alter or curtail the itinerary as is deemed necessary. The Tour Operator will endeavor, in each case to provide comparable substitute or effect refunds. Any savings realized for these changes will be passed to the traveler and any resultant expanses borne by the traveler. Accidents in route may require you to miss part of your return to the U.S. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO HAVE COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE (medical, accident, baggage, trip cancellation etc.). As a convenience the Tour Operator or your Travel Agent will supply you with application upon receipt of your reservation. If costs do fluctuate due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to alter our quoted price to you.
Acceptance of any travel plan shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of this limitation of responsibility.
The person making any booking will, by the making of such booking, warrant that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person/s included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other person/s so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her.
For and in consideration of the tour services by Nitzan Israel Travel Services LTD. (hereafter "Tour Operators"), I hereby release and hold harmless Tour Operators and any of their agents or assigns from any and all claims arising out of their ordinary negligence for any and all risks inherent in the tour and/or inherent in transit to or from the tour destinations described herein.
I/We accept all responsibility for any and all costs arising out of treatment for injuries or damages suffered while taking part in the tour.
Any and all claims or disputes between the parties hereto shall be resolved in the courts of Israel and under Israeli law.
I give Nitzan Travel Services LTD. the right to use any photograph or video recording which includes my image or any audio recording which includes my voice, taken on the trip, unless otherwise indicated by checking this box.
